Terms and Conditions

Full Damages Waiver insurance no excess no risk for the renter.
Injuries to third part and to passengers in the car until 1.000.000 Euro, third part property material damage until 5.000.000 Euro, personal insurance for the driver (not for Bikes), fire and to the car, theft ( nesecery return the key car) ,tyres-wheels-broken glasses-mirrors, etc.-under the car (Asphalt road).
The car will be delivered with the expiration date and time of the contract,
otherwise there is an extra charge (Expiration of contract means expiration of insurance).
Drivers under 21 years old has risk from 300 Euro to 500 Euro.
Damage is not cover
when the driver is under from the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Traffic fines
the renter is liable to any traffic fines.
Fuel is not included in the rental price.
The vehicle is returned with the same level of combustible otherwise charged to the driver at the time of delivery of the vehicle.

Accident Procedure
The renter will be required to inform the rental agent immediately of any accident; otherwise the insurance is not valid!
The renter must take the following measures:
- Obtain as much as possible details of the persons involved in the accident as well as of any possible witnesses.
- Immediately provide the rental agent with all the details regarding the accident, which may be of use.
- Immediately notify the authorities if the third party should be investigated or in the event of injured persons.
- Do not leave the vehicle without taking correct measures to protect and safeguard it.

Documentation needed on time of rental
The Crete Auto Summer can not be held responsible for rentals rejected if you do not present the following documents at collection of car. On collection of your vehicle you need:
1. rental voucher (received by email when your reservation was confirmed)
2. a full valid driving license
3. passport or ID
Cancellation/Amendment policy
There is no cancellation charge, if you inform us at least 10 days before the scheduled arrival date.
